Patricia and I have been working together for about 15 months in looking for my home in Virginia. I found her to be very prudent and looks after my best interest. She also takes time to understand what i am looking for in a home and i've always felt that i can trust her - i've dealt with other agents and she is top notch. Patricia was my agent when I purchased my last home. It was a pleasure working with her and would recommend her to anyone whether selling or buying. A total professional agent who went above and beyond what any agent I have ever experienced before. She was always prepared and accommodating during our (very extensive!) search. Not only did Patricia provide me with all the information possible about the homes we would visit, she always was knowledgeable about the community. Patricia was always accommodating to our schedule and family and would make the most of our time. It was so nice to work with an agent that genuinely cared.
